Planning Approved - Hazelwood, Derbyshire

We are very pleased to announce that planning approval has been granted for our complete renovation and remodel of a detached split level bungalow in Hazelwood, Derbyshire.

The project involves alterations to the internal layout to work better for our client’s family with external alterations to give the property a contemporary scandinavian feel. Black zinc and warm timber cladding are proposed to the walls and roof with high performance triple glazing to maximise the stunning views over open countryside.

We are currently working on the technical drawings and hope to start on site later in 2022.
