Planning Application Submitted - Edwalton

Our new build contemporary villa project in Edwalton, Nottinghamshire has now been submitted for planning. The new house occupies part of an existing large garden surrounded by mature trees. It is situated in the popular suburb of Edwalton, Nottingham.

Our client wanted a modern two storey home so we designed this stunning contemporary home. This modern home large open plan living areas, 5 double bedroom with en-suites including a generous master suite with dressing room. The rear of the property has two integrated terraces so the homeowner can enjoy views over their new landscaped gardens. There is a double height space next to the kitchen with a galleried landing sitting area.

The contemporary dwelling is inspired by the surrounding period properties in the conservation area. We wanted to avoid a pastiche design and we have worked closely with the conservation officer so fingers crossed we secure planning later in 2023!
